Shikoku Kotsu Membership Withdrawal Regulations
Before withdrawing from the Shikoku Kotsu Membership (hereinafter referred to as “Member”), please read the following carefully.
These regulations define the conditions for withdrawal from the Shikoku Kotsu Membership as established by Shikoku Kotsu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
If the Member has a travel reservation, they cannot withdraw before the departure date of the scheduled trip. The withdrawal process must be completed only after all trips have concluded.
By proceeding with the withdrawal, the Member is deemed to have understood and accepted the following conditions:
- From the withdrawal date onward, the Member will no longer be able to access any membership services provided on the various websites operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Shikoku Kotsu Site”).
- Any remaining Shikoku Kotsu Points at the time of withdrawal will be forfeited.
- Even after withdrawal, the Member remains responsible for any outstanding payments incurred through credit cards or other payment methods.
- The Company will continue to manage the Member’s information even after the withdrawal process has been accepted.
Please note that in some cases, the Company may delete Member information after withdrawal.
